This toy is part of the Studio Series toy line specifically based on the 1986 transformers cartoon movie. This is the first version of Wreck-Gar that is true to the 1980s movie that Hasbro has released, there has been a few other toy releases with the same sorts of feature, but this one is done proper and true to the movie.

Very true to the movie, one of the best ones of the studio series in my opinion, I like how they still kept his head as part of the front of the motorbike. Seat in the motorbike mode can be easily press down and deform the transformation to the point where the back wheel can no longer spin. Quite a bit of empty spaces here and there.
