This toy is part of the second line of transformers toys for the second instalment of the "War for Cybertron" trilogy called "Earthrise". This is a deluxe level toy for the series. This character is based off the classic 1980s transformers cartoon, back in those days he was basically a recolour and added accessory of Prowl.

Looks like the 80s classic smokescreen, really glad to see they are keeping with the generation one designs. Comes with good amount of weapons, weapons can also combine to make one mega gun, empty gap in the under side in car mode, which would have been nice if utilized in some way, eg. storage for guns.
